Hooray for 4!

Dear Zoey,
3 years ago, you took your very first step.
3 weeks ago, you took your very first step into the real world – you started Junior Kindergarten!
I still can’t believe it. Every now and then I would look through your baby photos, get a little teary-eyed and wonder where my lil chubby wubby went.
I admit there were days when I couldn’t wait for you to go to school. Those long, hard days when you seemed so needy and I just needed a breather.
Now the one thing I can’t wait for is when you come back home from school. I just can’t wait to kiss you and squeeze you tightly in hopes that you would never stop needing me.

Our sweet Zoey, today you turn 4!
Seeing how much you’ve already grown and accomplished makes me realize that no matter how long the days may seem, the years are truly short.
You’ve already blossomed into a beautiful princess superhero. Never doubt your super powers and the places it will take you.
And never ever doubt your ability to make this world a better place.
You already made our world as bright as you.
